Actually he went to a small school in NE La by the name of Start or Holly Ridge, I can't remember which. It was class "B" ball. I actually played against him. He was a pitcher, "lefty" and not too great. I went 2 for 4 when we played them. I played for an even smaller school, Kilbourne. That is my one claim to fame, having played against Tim McGraw.
