Can't really judge the Chief in those terms. There is no way on earth that he had the talent at UThug that he will have at LSU. Two totally different situations, IMO.

People always say this. In 2001 the man had Albert Haynesworth, and John Henderson right next to each other, and couldn't stop LSU and the QB draw.

Agreed. But Chavis had enough talent at Tenn that he should never, ever have been blown out.
