False.

The old Logo was 3 colors: Purple, gold, and white.

The new Logo is 4 colors: Black, Purlple, gold, and white. There are parts where it looks like there is a darker gold also.

College football is all about tradition. The logos and uniforms should not be updated to take on a modern look. Maybe we should change our fight song too a techno song to keep up with the times. If they put toonces on the middle of the field I would honestly protest and start a bonfire on the middle of the field.
