Clueless Tiger Fans

I know everyone has a right to be a fan and they can keep up with LSU as much or least as they want but does it bother you when someone sees you are a LSU fan (hat, shirt, etc) and they attempt to hold a conversation with you and the second you take the conversation into more detail they have no clue what you are talking about.
Then there are the fans that know just enough to talk about whats going on and they make comments that are just mind numbing.
Examples:
I hope Lee never steps foot on a football field again.
Les Miles don't know football.

Well there are such things as casual fans, not as many here in the SEC and Southern parts of the ACC as there would be in other areas of the country but they do exist. Lifetime casual fans. And even some of the most passionate fans will say things like that simply off of emotion.

LOL.. I doubt people here are that bad. From what I can tell for the most part everyone seems to be at least an average fan when it comes to knowledge.

I moved up to Bamaland 3 years ago and at work there is this one guy claiming to be an LSU fan. I thought great at least there is one. After the first game of the season, a group of us were standing around talking about the games. He walks up and proceeds to ask me how LSU did. If you don't even watch the game, it is a clear indication you are not even a casual fan. IMHO

Seriously? Wow.. Guy was a 1st year starter who has room to improve. Did you expect him to come out and be the next Peyton Manning right away?
