Nick Jacobs a tackle?

I have heard recently that Jacobs is now 6'6 260 can anyone verify this? If so is the move to tackle likely?
If this is so we need an all out assault on Travis Dickson or even Christian Thomas from out west. Kids clips are nasty.

I want both of them in this class(Thomas and Dickson). That would be two great TE.

I should see him in town some time soon and I'll let you know. But the move to tackle seems unlikely because last time I saw him he had a lot of filling out to do. Seems more like an athletic defensive end to me.

Gotta ask the question about Matt Branch.
Roster says that he is an OL but only at 260 lbs. It will be a wait and see if he gets bigger or will remain at blocking TE.

They have not updated most players since this time last year on the roster.

I like Jacobs as a DE.

No he is not that big yet, though he is still growing. he told me coach miles still has him as TE. His strength is his blocking and i have told him that he will get better on his route running because even though he's my cousin, he sucks at running routes.

Doesnt seem to have the attitude to play DE and his coaches dont think he has it either to play at the next level. He plays it in high school bc he is a very good athlete. Kid has a very good chance to be a hell of a TE, he carries his weight very well and even though he is raw he has all the tools you want in an elite TE. He could move to OT or DE when he gets here who knows, but I could see him being more like a Jermaine Gresham type of TE one day. But I also thought Charles Scott was a better LB prospect than RB in high school, glad I was wrong on that one

Matt Branch is 272 now and Nick Jacobs will be TE.
