Look at 2008 roster next to it and the weights. Several guys changed 1 pound in either direction except Peterson who I see has gain A LOT of weight.

maybe he got real big since fall of last year and the roster didn't change with him over time.
You would automatically assume that he was 200 lbs up until spring this year when he was really 220. roster guy doesn't update weights after season is over.

Yeah they only do official weighins/ht measurements for the roster once a year.

the average lineman weighs 300 lbs thunderbird, you know this why does this concern you. most recievers with a 6 ft plus frame weigh between 210 to 230 lbs. kids nowadays are huge compared to just 20 yrs ago when i played.

Does anyone know how much weight Trindon has gained since being at LSU?

uhhhh, where did I say it concerned me? I was simply listing the only big changes so far on the roster.

randle already at 195. damn, with a year in the lsu workout program, he could put on 20 pounds and be a complete beast. imagine an athlete like that at 6'3" 220. dwayne bowe but maybe better is what i'm thinking
Posted on 7/19/09 at 6:59 pm to lsufball19
sam montgomery 6ft5 260pounds.nice

Chad Jones at 6'3" and 214 lbs.? Seriously? I thought he was much bigger than that...

that's the same weight he entered LSU at as a frosh, so lists are really a wasteof time, you have no real way of knowing what a player weighs.

Bobby Hebert has talked about on the radio the workout program and how much bigger T Bob has gotten.
I wouldn't worry about Deangelo. Swapping from WR to TE, a big weight gain would be expected. I think the move will do wonders for the team and be able to take over for Dickson in situations this season and be a team leader next season.

Most player height/weight roster info is fiction. Every player that goes to the Combo shrinks an inch or two, slows down a step or two, etc.
