Kevin McCarthy in the 1978 remake of Invasion Of The Body Snatchers.
Kevin was the star of the original 1956 version. In the last scene of that film (director's cut, not general release version) he is seen on a bridge screaming at people in their cars, "They're here! They're here!"
Near the beginning of the '78 remake, the stars are driving on a bridge and see some crazy guy screaming at cars -- it's Kevin McCarthy!
Unfortunately, before they can find out what he's talking about, he gets run over and killed...
