As normal I tailgate at the house and invite everyone over. Well in years past I have done pretty much everything you can think of, including themed foods - ie stadium foods, bar foods, camp foods, etc. However this year I am looking to see about something a bit different. Also keep in mind the first game starts at 930 at night.

Ideas?

Try doing gameday foods from different regions. I know my friend from Maryland says they steam crabs at their tailgates.

So at halftime, start cooking breakfast. Bacon, sausage, eggs, omelets and Screw Drivers!!

I love to have a food theme from the region of who we're playing. The first game would be Washington...perhaps salmon should be on the menu? Perhaps dungeness crab with some sort of apple waldorf salad or an apple pie. I like to pick up some beer from there as well, but perhaps there's a Washington state Pino that you can find. Have fun with it.

He could get some left wingers to hang out at his house and drink coffee, maybe even some homeless people in the driveway and a grunge band to play in the back yard.
