Mega-recruit Joe McKnight has said that he chose to play football at USC in part because LSU fans turned him off with their obsessive cyberstalking.

So you really think that all the "Whacko" fans can not sway a decision of a 17 yr old? I hate to say it but you may be delusional if you really beleive that. These players are young men and if you read these boards enough you will know that "" fans cross the line way too much.

I am not saying it is only LSU fans, but when the recruit is an in state prospect, most fans from whatever school tend to cross the line in stalking.

And I do remember many people freaking out over McKnight and John Curtis. They still freak out over it. so too think this could not have had an influence in his decision is BS.

I think he justified his decision with that excuse. I would bet you it had very little to do with anything.

Many Rueben Randle threads on here would not backup that claim.

If he had chosen Alabama, I am positive most people here would have wished him the best and moved on.

The people on the recruiting board on 7/9/09... yes.

The people on the recruiting board on 2/4/09... no.
