I know this has been mentioned before but ESPN just releaseed a new article in reference to the Blind Side. This should rile a few gumps up

"On the set at which Saban filmed his last scene for "The Blind Side," his office was littered with LSU memorabilia. There was an LSU game ball, a 2001 SEC championship trophy and reprints of pages from The (Baton Rouge) Advocate newspaper. There was even a replica of the key to the city of Baton Rouge.

Saban, who had just finished his second season with the Crimson Tide, told his Alabama players he would be appearing in the movie as LSU's coach."

Gotta love Tubby...

frick that movie and the tuohy's. i don't mind michael oher. it's nice to see he got out of the streets to make something of himself, but the family that adopted him are full of shite. they saw a cash cow in michaek oher and pounced on it. he wasn't adopted by them till he was 17, they saw he was a future star football player, and saw dollar signs.

I'm sure you personally know each of them; I mean, you have to, to know for sure that's what happened and why they adopted him, right?

Doesn't bother me. I am sure the ball coach loved being the LSU coach again for a day. Those damn gumps get pissed every time he wears a purple tie.

"It's a historic event," Saban said. "I told our players at Alabama that it was a historic event and this happened when I was at LSU. I did this in honor of the Tuohys and Michael, even though he didn't come to LSU or Alabama. We have great fans at Alabama. Hopefully, everybody is big enough to understand that this film is documenting a true story."

It's pretty fricking sad Saban even has to say this.
