Driving to Omaha - question about tickets

I wont get to Omaha till 3 pm tomorrow. How easy would it be to get tickets just before the game? I dont care what section I just want to get in. I saw the other thread about ppl standing in line from 7am but I wont be able to do that. Are scalpers my only way out? Any help would be appreciated.

good luck. Not many scalpers are selling reserved tickets. May be able to get in the GA line at that point

thanks man. Any idea what the best place to park is?

go 1 block pass the ice cream stand, take a left, go one block turn left, one block turn right, a half block on the right free parking, you can see the stadium, less than a block away, the lot is a half block south of the zoo, wear your LSU colors, to park free

Your best bet at this point is to contact Ticket Express (local company) by email and pick tickets up at their place in town. Be prepared to pay, they aren't cheap at this point.

The scalpers are a plenty if you want to take the chance of getting bogus tickets.

Tonight's game is expected to be a sellout? Wow!

I have 1 extra ticket in upper grandstand behind homeplate. I had to pay $125 for it. I'm not really sure how scarce they will be at Rosenblatt, but after driving 900 miles we weren't gonna take any chances. Text me at 601-870-2831 if u want it.

There are two brokers, Ticket Express and Red Zone Tickets, that I am aware of. Both are just off of Center, you have to go to them to pick up the tickets. Have also seen tickets for other CWS games on Craigslist, but no clue how reliable people there are.

I talked to some local people while in reserve line yesterday. they said during 2nd inning of game you can go to ticket window and find tickets that corporate people didn't use...They said there are usually quite a few of them..not sure if it's true...just putting it out there ..worth a try if you don't find any before game

Don't know bout the free parking, but we parked across the interstate in the grass out front of the comfort inn for $5.
A couple of guys parked by us got three tickets purportedly right behind the LSU bench for $150 each. Scalpers aplenty around the souvenir tents.
Nice public restroom with shade and picnic tables near where fanfest was held.
