taking down fullerton...I mean they are making it look way too easy.

I think it will benefit us though to play arkansas again though.

Baseball is a streaky game. You gotta get hot at the end of the year.

More like Fullerton is playing somebody now.

And you save your ace, that calls for problems.

Fullerton has an awful lot of freshmen. So it could be the experience factor.

Even though Ark hasnt been there in a while, they are more veteran.

First of all, to get to Omaha everybody has to be "hot," so that argument is kind of silly. But Arkansas went 5-0 against Florida, 2-0 against Arizona St, 3-0 against Oklahoma, and 2-0 against Florida St. They have shown they can play with anybody and for a time were ranked #1. They obviously went into a serious skid towards the end of the year, but there is no doubt that they can play and are plenty good enough to be in Omaha.

Arkansas played LSU as tough as anyone in their series this year. LSU had to pull out a close one in game three to take the series. The Hogs have good pitching and some clutch hitters in the middle of their lineup, esp. Wilikins. The fact that they are beating CSF is not surprising to me, but how easily they are doing it is surprising.

P.S. How DUMB is the CSF coach for not starting their #1 pitcher in the first game of the CWS. These are the top 8 teams in the country! You're an idiot if you're not going with your best at this point in the season.

They said that he started this guy because he had been lights out in the regional and super regional. They went with the "hot" pitcher.

That's a BS excuse. They didn't start their ace b/c they thought they could get by Arkansas pitching down and save their ace for LSU and now are getting it shoved back in the their face.

Ole Miss easily swept Arkansas, beat them 16-3 on sunday, It's all about being hot at the right time. Arkansas isn't that good, but they're hot.

Last Arkansas was in Omaha was 04, Say Rebbie, when was that last trip of yours? Now, LSU should maintain an apartment complex for their frequency of getting there, but Rebbies needs to shut the ,,,,,, up.

Arkansas is better than people think. They started the season strong, got up to a no.1 ranking then trailed off a bit before turning it on late in the season. They had a tough road to Omaha and have stepped up to the challenge amassing quite an impressive resume outside of the SEC. They are hot right now. And yes, it is baseball. It is a fickle sport, and thats just how it goes sometimes.

Yeah I agree with that. Also you referred to your pitchers 1 and 1a... I just don't understand taking a risk with a freshman to kick off your tournament in Omaha.
