Has anyone went to the one in Metarie yet? How was it? How much was it per buffet?

There has been quite a few post on it. The final grade is a big fail and way over priced. Don't do it.

If you like Panchos, then you will like it. Plain and simple.
It is over priced. I have only gone to the lunch buffet and I think it was around 11 buck with the drink.
I by the way am not a big fan on Panchos. It was not that good.
The massive lines beg to differ. Someone must like it.

I have eaten at the original one, and the new one. Granted for Mexican food - or tex mex as some may say - there are better places. However as this is a buffet there is some leeway. quite honestly the new one was a huge let down. The taco shells were stale, the chile rellanoes (spelling?) were more dough then chile / cheese. the enchiladas were not all that bad. But if you get stuck in the side room, its like eating on board a navy galley - very tight.
