they showed the one where daria sponsors them in the walk-a-thon. one of my favorites, but the show just isnt the same without the music videos IMO.

yeah, I got one of the DVD sets for Christmas a few years ago. Its great, but not the same with out the videos and their commentary.

Though the best one may have been the Milli-Vanilli video, they don't say anything and just have that lock of horror/shock on their faces, just hysterical.

when they do that, you know it's a shitty video. that has to be the best response to a video they ever did. (they did it for a few others as well - can't remember off hand which ones)

yea i was just thinking that too. once i got older i started to find it funnier just watching their reactions to the video and listening to the comments. also fun to see random bands who were just breaking onto the scene back then.

so if you buy DVDs of Beavis and Butthead they cut out the videos? Thats weird.

They have some, but not all. They don't have them in the middle of the show like it aired. They have to pay royalties and in some cases get permission i think to have the videos.

coupla years ago mtv re-aired some of the original episodes with the videos. i think if they're on other networks like spike or cartoon network you wont see the videos in there.

yeah, I've seen it on one of the MTV's before in reruns, but MTV, unlike Spike etc already pays the royalties, wouldn't be any different from them just airing the video.

I watch a bunch on my iphone on Youtube. Funny shite.

My favorite was Burger World with Mr. Anderson. They give him a mouse burger and french flies.

I'm old enough to remember when MTV first came out and played nothing but videos and concerts etc. It was a regular stop in my channel surfing routine for a long time, now couldn't tell you what channel it is. Even VH1 is chalk full of all that celeb. vouyer so called reality TV crap.

VH1 Classic at least still has some good stuff.

Adult swim needs to pick this up. They have like 3 or 4 shows they could drop for it.

They have a HUGE torrent going around (16 dvd isos) of every episode ever (inluding specials, pilots, random mike judge shorts, censored episodes, episodes that only aired once) with all the videos included. It is truly the jewel of my collection.

It's called the "King Turd Collection"

It's 76GB (i swear) It took me ~ 2 weeks to pull down.
