How does it work exactly? Does the freaking stadium get cleared out after every game to bring in outside fans for their teams game?

Super-regionals only have two teams. There is a game on Friday night, Saturday night or afternoon and Sunday night or afternoon.
So, yes, they clear out the stadium after each game. Fans are not allowed to sleep in the stadium waiting for the next game.
