since when?
Chevis Jackson 4.62
Zenon 4.62 and 4.54 at LSU pro day
Travis Daniels 4.59 at combine 4.45 at pro day
Randall Gay is the only real burner that has came out lately at CB
even Webster was like a 4.50 guy

We haven't had a CB run a 4.65 or worse "recently". Outside of Chevis who ran a 4.62 they have all been in the 4.5's...so your original statement isn't true.

yeah and if McKnight was timed at the combine or pro day he would clock as good a time as those guys?
they all probably were listed as 4.4 to 4.5 guys in high school and were actually not that fast.
JMcK is listed as a 4.65 out of high school so he would probably be a legitimate 4.7 guy who is quick but not fast
