I have twice. First time we got them down on the coast for 11 dollars a dozen. THEY WERE HUGE and full.

Second time we got them was from a place in the LP. Crabs were 16 dollars a dozen, were smaller, but were still full.

I have bought and caught crabs multiple times this year. They have all been medium to select with some full, some skinny. The wife likes the skinny ones. Easier for her to peel.

best I ever had annually are from Renos fish mkt next to Middendorfs.I have their number programmed in my cell for whenever I am in the area. Jimbos in BR has some nice ones also from Manchac but are a tad higher than Renos.

I've heard this before. I've never been able to "catch them with the crabs" when I've been by.

Caught about sixty in Shell Beach yesterday, boiled them and ate them around midnight last night. Half were really full, the other half were small and/or light.

I got two dozen number 1's about two weeks ago from Harvest Seafood in Erath. Every one was very full.

They were awesome.

Huge crabs.
