For a few years now, I've been watching as much Food Network and Travel Channel as I do ESPN, maybe more. A lot of good shows on those channels.

I always say that too. Then I remember the long hours slaving in a hot arse kitchen, nights, weekends, and holidays that they have to work. If I could go to culinary school, and just start off as Flay or Batali then it would be cool.

Nope. I am going to Chicago for vacation in July, and I am stopping at all 3 places n the show, plus one on his website. Also plan on stopping by the place Bourdain says has the best sandwich in America, the Silver Palm.

we're the same way; FN, TC, and ESPN are by far the three most watched channels in our house.

and, to answer the original question, i watch that show all the time.

Watched Adam eat a 3 ft Brat in Minneapolis last night..that was impressive.

Gotta admit Travel channel does a nice job with their food programs in addition to Bourdain, Zim and Man vs Food.

I love their spotlight series...when they do the best of..."steakhouses, fried food, sandwiches, etc"
I'm gonna start planning my vacations around visiting some of these places..

Travel Channel and Food Network are the best! Travel Channel does a good job with sandwich/steak/pig out specials!

I think you are referring to FOOD PARADISE... Steak Paradise, Hot Dog Paradise, Ice Cream Paradise, etc.
