I'm just looking ahead. Is it possible to win regionals and in Omaha with just 2 starters and a closer? Somebody needs to step up big time. Maybe Bradshaw.

This question illustrates your ignorance. Nobody who follows college baseball would ask this type of question. And, guys like that shouldn't be posting ignorant criticisms of a team, or worse a program as a whole.

But, I'll explain it for you anyway.

We're probably going to host as a national seed. That means we are going to likely have a very favorable regional from an opponent standpoint.

So, in the regional, we'll have the option of throwing Ross in game 1 or maybe even someone worse if we play a real weak #4. That leaves our 2 studs, Ranaudo and Coleman for games 2 and 3 with Ross as a setup man or game 5 starter if needed (if he doesn't pitch in game 1). So, we'll basically have a pitching advantage in every game we play in the regional.

In a super regional, it's just a 3 game series. So, given that we have only a single SEC series loss, it should tell you everything you need to know. LSU will have an advantage. Of course, since we'll likely play a very good team, it will be a fairly slight one. I'd put us as a 65/35 favorite in that series.
