Tuesday and Thursday were not mandatory. Your supposed to work on your weaknesses whether it be endurance or sprinting or plyos or flexibilty.
That being said, for most guys usually turned into nothing but arms, abs, and calves.

Does anybody have a copy of Tommy Moffitt's football workout? I've been looking to do it over the summer because i notice how fast the football players get stronger.

I could not agree more. Certainly the most complete website for any college. Ole miss has put a lot of work into theirs recently as well.
Tommy catches a lot of crap on here, but he's one of the best in the business and highly regarded by his peers.
