Wait. Are you saying our second team defense is not the equivalent of a first team defense?

Holy effing crap! How did I not see this?!

Are you kidding me, this was a scrimmage. Practice we're talking about practice. Next year is lost, Our offense sucks, we will have a losing season or be in Shreveport if we are lucky.

I'm pretty sure the purpose of the spring game is not to provide you with insight on the offense's chance against an equivalent defense.

I don't expect our offense to be great next year . Just average, but better than last year.

Our offense last year was pretty good for the most part.

I think the LSU offense will be in the top 3 of the SEC in the 2009 season.

could very well lead the league in rushing.

Centenary's? LSU's was god awful. Worse since Lou Tepper's tenure.

With the exception of ints, our offense was OK last year and it was fine the year before. Pretty consistant marks there. You should be more impressed that our 2nd string defense played pretty well against them. Speaks well to the coaching changes on that side of the ball.

In the conference:

Scoring offense we were #4, Total offense we were #5, rushing offense we were #4, passing offense we were #6. And we had the #1 red zone offense

How is this god-awful?

Just goes to show how little people know about football that post all over the rant. Offense was putting up about 30 points a game last year.

Defense was LSU's biggest problem last year... not the offense or the interception for touchdown fest.

Are you a moron? We're talking about LSU's offense. Our offense was pretty good last season.

Oh, and Centenary's been undefeated in football since 1948!

No, the offense was good despite the number of interceptions.

I think it gives u a pretty good idea of how we will play against Arkansas. Also, the spring game was fairly reserved. Of course all of you already know this.

I think you're one of the few that would say lee had a "good" year with 16 ints and 7 pick sixes.
