some of madden's finest quotes...

"Here's a guy who can use his arms and legs at the same time."

"He would have scored a touchdown if he hadn't been tackled right there."

"This offense is all about scoring points."

"In order for this team to win the game, the QB has to throw the ball."

"If your arm gets hit, the ball is not going where you want it to."

"The road to Easy Street goes through the sewer."

"The fewer rules a coach has, the fewer rules there are for players to break."

"A fumble is a fumble is a fumble."

"That experience is going to help him late in the game."

LOVE the quotes!! Here are a few more...
I loved the guy!

>>>>>Coaches have to watch for what they don't want to see and listen to what they don't want to hear.

The fewer rules a coach has, the fewer rules there are for players to break.

When your arm gets hit, the ball is not going to go where you want it to.

Hey, the offensive linemen are the biggest guys on the field, they're bigger than everybody else, and that's what makes them the biggest guys on the field.<<<<<,

overated how? as a player? coach? commentator? video game promoter? I think he's generally liked because he's been around the game FOREVER so he's a household name. I don't consider him an all time great at anything he did. He's just Madden.

Everyone else does. I think he's a coward for leaving the coaching profession so early but thats just my little ole opinion.

Care to think of an original term, or do you repeat EVERYTHING you hear comedians say?
