Miles hasn't lifted a finger for that cause!
... while Coach Miles very well may have lifted 1 (one) finger AGAINST this 'extremely frivolous bs freakin' pile of crap not worth the paper it obviously had to be written on and definitely not worth the american justice system's time to deal with' lawsuit, I doubt he has even given it a thought, (except while maybe ON the toilet), and very probably has not even acknowledged it... and I sure as hell hope not, because he is very very busy and like the rest of us has a life to get on with... hell, I hope he doesn't even know about it!...

hell any jackass that is about to fail out of law school could easily and succesfully defend this case
and if it somehow got to court (on anything can happen thurdays, if you caught that reference ) LSU has an army of lawyers, and when I say LSU, I mean the state of Louisiana
right i'm off to bed...

This (as we all know) is a joke of a lawsuit, but what puzzles me is why is an inmate in a South Carolina Federal facility suing LSU, "LSU Tigers", Les Miles, Skip Bertman and Baton Rouge in the Federal Court for the Eastern District of California? What, did Skip and Les head out to Bakersfield to plot their schemes? Did they meet up with FEMA in Sacremento to discuss the steroids, the pop over to Yosemite to pick out blinding-yellow uniform colors?

In all seriousness, if you are suing someone from another state in federal court, because you're claiming violation of federal law, you can do it in any state.
Apparently, it's the only court that he sends his crap to.
ETA: If you're curious, I found a picture of what this crazy fool looks like: LINK
Also, he apparently has more cases pending, including such gems as Jonathan Lee Riches© v. Ashlee Simpson; Pete Wentz, Jonathan Lee Riches© v. Viagra, Cialis, Levitra, Et Al, Jonathan Lee Riches© Update: Suits Aginst A Phone Number And NFL Network and Riches v. Durant et al.
