Yeah Michael Clayton for sure.

Dwayne Bowe did pretty well as a freshman too. He and Craig 'Buster' Davis.

He played in 03? ESPN lists his stats starting from 2004 where I assumed he was a RS freshman.

if you're adding returns, put Eric Martin up there. Awful team in '81,but he had a good season.

I am not sure that is fair to Myers. Booty and company forced the ball to him all day, all year in 99, because Jerel was the only solid option that year. But that's all Jerel really was, he didn't do anything special at the WR position. He wouldn't come close to beating out the likes of Chris Mitchell these days.

But he played hard, and he had good hands. That was enough to catch most of the balls thrown to him in 99. When Josh Reed started catching balls and making plays in the secondary in 99, it was obvious who had more potential.

Didn't Lafel catch 2 TD's from Jamarcus?

I would like to retract this. He only have 5 catches.

Lafell caught his TDs against USL and ND on deep balls, and didn't do much else that I remember.

Wasn't Reggie Robinson pretty good his freshman year? Not Clayton or Myers good, but I thought he put up some nice numbers. May have been his soph yr though.
