Don't know about Weinke, Lorbek or Astur, but Mauck probably ended his pro baseball career before his 21st birthday. He only played 3 years and considering his 18th birthday was in Feb 1997, he could have played all three seasons before his 21st b-day in 2000.

You're absolutely right about Mauck, but Chris Weinke played minor league baseball until 1996. He was born in 1972. Lorbek and Atsur were both under 21 when they played as well, but they were on the payrolls of legit professional teams in their home countries.

I was just replying to the other poster, who said that the rules were clear-cut. That would be one of the last adjectives I would use.
