Just got through beating it.
Now i got infinite ammo for my handgun and shotgun.
I guess im going to be a nerd and try to unlock infinite ammo for all weapons.

You really should go back and play the other ones. Resident evil is one of the only games I actually play

Code veronica is still my favorite. This one comes in right behind it. Then RE1, RE4, RE2, and last RE3.
I am enjoying the co op from this one that puts it so high. I still liked when they were zombies and not infected with tentacles. Even though the zombies were just infected with a virus too. I also liked the feel of being in a haunted mansion and not the wide open spaces as much.

This isn't a horror series anymore. This doesn't sit well with me. When do you ever feel any sort of suspense in this game? I suppose having that giant fricker with the axe charging in your direction could inspire a few moments of terror, but the feel of the series has been removed completely. Also, the focus on action has completely shifted the focus on the story. Reading all the documents and figuring out just what went wrong in previous games was actually kind of cool in my opinion. Everything is spelled out for you in big bold letters in this game, which also irks me.
If you think infinite ammo with the shotgun and pistol is cool, wait until you have infinite magnum rounds and rockets.

yeah, maybe it was just because I was younger but being in the big dark mansion with the crazy characters and zombies was more suspenseful than in the middle of the day in Africa or Mexico.
I remember in the first one where the dogs came through the windows of the hallway....now that made you jump.

I'm kind of curious how they plan to "reboot" the series. A completely new world? A different set of characters in the current resident evil setting? a new control/gameplay scheme? They could mean anything by the word reboot.
