I think it is more that just work ethic. If you are in the NFL...you have good work ethic,...or else you wouldnt be there. I'm no expert by any means but it is hard for me to believe that a team with a backfield that includes a should have been Heisman Trophy winning RB and a top tier QB has bad work ethic. I think we saw this past year with LSU that coaching matters way more than what we acknowledge. I think that is a big factor that the article failed to mention.

you only have that passion for so long before you realize this FO doesnt care so why should i.. which is how the Raiders have become the talent wasteland that it is today.. Al Davis has brought in nothing more than washed up vets and headcases, outside of the draft.. which all he does is pick up the most obvious talent on the board.. i doubt if Davis himself knows who he picked after the first last season.. Russell has had 0 WRs to throw to since he's been there
