Rice had their Spring Game this weekend.
Kid was the QB at Catholic High in Btr. Also playing baseball at Rice.
Dixon played at Redemptorist in Btr. Talking with the staff, he may be their go-to receiver this year.
Nick Fanuzzi looks to be a very good QB. This is a new system that has been put in.

Two former LSU coaches are on this staff.
Ed Zaunbrecher - Offensive Coordinator/Quarterbacks
Larry Edmondson - Wide Receivers

Ryan Lewis is a very good player both in football and baseball. Hope he continues to do well.

I don't know if he red-shirted in football, but it looks like he is red-shirting this year in baseball.

Lewis didn't throw much while in HS. Great arm gives him super potential.

The kid will do well at Rice, strong arm, good release. Got an invite to a scrimmage while in Houston. Will keep ya'll up to date.

They were suppose to practice in the bubble today (Next to Reliant Stadium), haven't talked with anyone today.

Dad, did the RHS coaches say anything about Avery Johnson (PP's little brother) going back to Florida?

Was on the field for the scrimmage today, both sides of the ball looked good. Lots of young players. Ed Z is bringing in a new offense.
This kid signed with Rice, his Dad is the DC for the Minnesota Vikings.
Corey Frazier
I've posted this before, this is the OL Coach for Rice, this is a good read.....

Catholic runs some weird version of the wing-t with alot of motion, they throw the ball very little.
