That's a case of each of their agents' falling down on the job. Agents are supposed to scream "No!" at ideas like this.
Just as Eli and Peyton's agents should be fired for that whole Oreo doublestuff ad thing.

I am sure their agents couldn't be happier. They just got a 5% cut from the makers of Guitar Hero.
