I am looking in Broadmoor closer to Airline.

It's older houses and they need updating, but they are built solid, have tons of space, and great yards.

If you aren't afraid of doing a little work there are some good values to be had. Most are in the 85 - 100 per sq ft of living area.

It's not ghetto. It avoids all the traffic of millerville and oneal area.
