I could see that as a possibility, either as a 6/11 or 7/10. Obviously the odds are pretty low since there are about 10 other teams that we could play, but that would be a great match-up. Temple would contain Greivis Vasquez, and they wouldn't have anyone who could really guard Tasmin.

I mean there's obviously a chance, but I just don't see the committee giving MD a 10/11 seed. I could see a 9, but I don't see them giving LSU a 8. That would mean the highest SEC team would be an 8 seed...

Maryland will probably be one of the last three teams in, so they are pretty much a lock for a 10 or 11.

Not a bad hunch. I can see a LSU-Maryland/USC happening.
If anyone hasn't seen this crazy Vazquez guy yet, you'll see him next week. Crazy overseas soccer-like character, but in basketball. I would like to avoid Maryland/USC in the First Round.

depends what maryland shows up. they have some good wins but they also have the ugly losses. I think we would match up well

Maryland is a very good team, but I think we would match up well with them. I think temple would put vasquez on lockdown. We just need someone to step up on offense.
