Orgeron...Living up to his word

Well...that's why they brought him in and he talked the smack at his press conference. Orgeron is proving to be a solid closer. Once he's at TN a few years, watch out. I always detested him because of his outspoken dislike for LSU. When I heard LSU was in discussion with him it made me very uneasy. But it appears he backs up his recruiting smack with results. That's 2 5 star commitments he jacked from Miami and LSU. Miles and staff have their work cut out for them with his arse at Rocky Top. BeBe, Saban, and Miles in recruiting battles for years to come.

You forget that TN has a lot to offer - chance to play early for Brown and Janzen(a-hole) incredible fan base, resources, tradition, exposure -- I am thrilled that O is NOT at LSU and we'll have to fight him off in LA just like Mack Brown has to fight Les in TX. We'll win most of these battles for LA kids. LSU needs to concentrate more in MS.

Why oh why are we still talking about this circus monkey......I thought we where past this already. Anyway, have faith in our own program...Bertman doesn't hire losers....he hans't hired any..Miles isn't part or parcel to the big top....just sayin dudes...just sayin

Just to add:Florida is the only team...and I do mean only...thing we have to compete against...Bama is one and done...Saban shot his wad..they will be better in 2010 but this year coming is LSU/Florida...book it!

What about his record at USC? He's back to being a D-Line coach and recruting coordinator at TN. Better fit for him...
Now Kiffen as a head coach...
However, if they land BB, the dude is doing what he said he would do as far as battling for recruits (which, by the way, is what my post is about)

Keep in mind the way he was able to steal JJ though. Payback's a bitch and if thats the kinda tactic he's gonna use to steal the top recruits, I have little doubt that other coaches will go that low just to steal them from him.

By the way, Coach O always got by on talent at USC. When he actually had to coach (Ole Miss, Saints) the results were less than impressive. He was brought to Tennessee to recruit, not to coach.

I think a lot of coaches will tell recruits that visiting tennessee will result in pulled offers. Saban knew this last year.

lol... that wont keep recruits from visiting UT, dumbass. You guys hate losing ranked prospects to us; well, get used to it. No one could have predicted how strong UT came on at the end this class with our coaching troubles. I see a lot of scared-as-hell rivals is what I see. We're in your heads, jockstraps and taking your verbal commits left and right. This will continue.
If we win 8-10 games next year, your 2010 class will amount to our sloppy seconds.

I still don't understand with all that is going on at tenn, these kids are still looking at tenn much less going there. I never had a opinion on tenn before this year, not that big of a rival for us but the negative attention does not seem to be hurting them which is surprising..
