-the inception of TAF allows LSU to have the facilities it has today, thus the recruits, thus the success
-the hiring of Dinardo combined with the signing of Kevin Faulk turned LSU's football program around

I agree. If I were to pick the most defining and significant moment in LSU history, it would not be a sporting event.
It would be the inception of TAF. Without it, we do not see the quality of coaches, significant revenue streams or improvement in facilities.
Without it, we probably don't win the crystals because we don't pay the coaches and don't improve facilities to recruit.
