.. i dunno how that can be, they have about 45 people in each one of them tripping over each other .. then again, i find the PMAC concession stands slow too ..

That's probably part of the reason. Hopefully it will clear up and get more organized as the season progresses.

yeah .. i think they are a little ambitious with the large amount of items they have for sale ... it isn't easy to support all of that and get them out too quickly is my thinking .. i dunno if it is my imagination, but it seems like there's a lot more available at the box than there is at the PMAC ... but overall, i love the new box .. i sit in section 213 two rows from the top and am 20 steps away from concessions and the john .. i fricking love it .. LSU did an outstanding job with that park ..

This is a random question but in MS there was a sports radio host who made a comment to the affect of "Its funny that the LSU players and/or coaches don't like their new field." Now, I caught the tail end of that comment and that was the only thing they mentioned about it. My question is has anyone else heard any rumors like this? I haven't seen anything but great reviews about the new park. Just wondering if I misunderstood what the host said or something.

Total BS. Coach Mainieri and the players have nothing but praise for the New Box. Indoor cage, new locker rooms are GREAT. Sounds like some idiot on the radio playing to his listeners.

my only question, is what in the frick is going on in LF at night games ? the villanova LF lost a ball in game one last weekend .. the UCF LF lost one last night and chad jones lost two last night .. if there is any complaint, something is going on in LF during night games .. i am thinking either the lights, top of the grandstand, or both ..

The laptop with all of the music on it crashed before the game last night. They did pretty good in that circumstance if you ask me.

Yes, I agree.

It wasn't the end of the world, but not hearing "Electric Avenue" even once last night was difficult.

The hit that went to the UCF OF would have been a hard one to get anyways it was twisting and hit pretty hard. Looked foul at first then twisted in. I sit down the line and see the ball pretty well so I dont know what issues they could have. CJ has so far been pretty lousy though. Havent seen Dean misplay any balls. Seen CJ misplay a few.

Maybe the players are re-thinking their walk-out music this year.

For just one game, they should all walk out to this.

Wonder if any player in the history of baseball has ever had the cajones to do that?

My only beef with the concession stands is that they don't take Paw Points or Tiger Cash...

Not only that, the only LSU songs they played were Pregame, Fight for LSU, and Hey Fightin' Tigers. No Bandits, no down cheers, and no Tiger Rag (and we had 3 home runs too!).

A lot of outfielders have been misplaying balls in the outfield so far. Landry should have been charged with an error last night but got some nice help from the score keeper. That also turned into a earned run for Nicholson (I think he was pitching at the time I could be wrong though), sucks for him. It seems like when the ball gets up out of the stadium the wind really plays games with it and the players haven't adjusted to it yet.
