Alaskan Weeping Cedar alternative

I'm a fan of the look of this tree and it would be the perfect size for the spot I would like it in 30ft tall and 20 ft wide.

Unfortunately doesn't look like it does well in my climate (Texas). Is anyone familiar with something similar in look and size that I should take a look at?

Have you searched for weeping conifers in your zone? I like the S&K Greenhouse youtube channel for conifers but a majority are for zones 5-8. I'm not sure is Jim Putnam has many conifer videos but that would be another suggestion.
