Looked into getting a hair transplant here in Southeast Asia last year.. 3500 grafts would have cost about $4k usd, about 1/5th of the price in America.. and the doctors here are mostly US trained and do great work.. Turkey is also a very popular country to get cheap hair transplants.. i have heard tell that when you catch an airplane out of Istanbul, 75% of the plane is usually dudes with their heads bandaged up .

Ultimately for me though, it was determined that im not a good candidate since im 47 with minimal hair loss (#humblebrag)… ive got minor recession and some light thinning in the crown .. but im a vain SOB so wanted some fuller hair.. doctor recommended i get on one of the medications if i wanted to grow some more hair, but i dont do those meds b/c there’s a minimal chance of side effects that i dont wanna frick with .. but that’s just me , some people swear by finasteride and similar meds, so as they say here in the Far East- “Up to you .”
