What is this? Near Our Lady of Lourdes hospital in Lafayette

It's a site off Verot School Road. They had something on the news about it last night.

I noticed it today too. There is a pipeline facility off VS road between Rouses and OLOL hospital, so I figured that it was located there.

They're probably relieving pressure on a nat gas pipeline so they can work on it.
