Meet Dem Judge Karen McCallum: Reduces Million-dollar bond to 25k for gang member.

The court records revealed that Luis Marcano-Marcano was firing a gun while impaired by alcohol and drugs on Sunday morning.
As his wife took the gun from him early Sunday morning, she accidentally shot herself and killed her unborn baby, according to court documents.

The magistrate who set that bond said they were told by law enforcement that Marcano-Marcano had outstanding warrants in Venezuela.
Judge Karen McCallum lowered that bond to $25,000.
Marcano-Marcano told Mint Hill police he and his wife were celebrating his birthday at their apartment.
He said they got into an argument, and he grabbed a pistol, firing shots around her feet.
Marcano-Marcano said he then put the pistol down before his wife tried to grab it and put it in her pocket.
He said she then accidentally pulled the trigger, shooting herself in the stomach, killing her unborn child.
Marcano-Marcano said after he dropped her off at a hospital, he went back to their apartment and threw the pistol into the woods.
The suspect is also a member of the Tren de Aragua gang, the court documents detailed.

He should have to live with her until his trial at the very least. He really should be taken behind the court house and shot for the death of his unborn child.

Until these people suffer direct and deeply personal consequences of their decisions/actions, it will never change.
