This thing is so strange to me.
He should have been kicked out of Congress over his Chinese spy side chick. Plus, don't tell me everyone didn't know this guy was fooling around.
They needed him out of the Governor race to get a Democrat elected and he eventually did that. But now he's resigning from Congress.
