Secondary Melanoma - usually in the Lungs, Liver, Brain, and Bones - is nasty.
There's "skin cancer" (basal cell and squamous cell) and then there's Melanoma (cancer of the organ that is your skin).

I mean at some point you just have to concede that it’s your time to go. That’s what happened with my dad.

Yeah, secondary melanoma is indicative of Stage IV cancer that had spread

Fifth time he’ll be battling cancer.
No one deserves that, except for maybe a POS like Epstein.
I hope Vitale gets to enjoy as many days as he can.

They're all skin cancers, no need for the quotation marks. Basal and squamous cells are carcinomas, both are tumors, slow-growing and rarely spread. They develop from skin cells.
Melanoma develops from pigment-producing melanocytes. They are very aggressive and more likely to spread if not treated early.

I would not wish that on anyone - prayers for he and his family.
I have VERY serious issues with how he treated LSU and WW in relation to his buddies and buddy schools and I lost pretty much all respect I had for him because of it in respect to that - however, this is real life here and not a game - and I sincerely hope for the best for he and his family in this fight.

Same here. Personally I wouldn’t post my personal health business, but he likes the spotlight. So that’s that.
