When is the last time you’ve heard of a judge being recalled or even voted out of office for that matter.

The problem is when voting, its an afterthought for most voters.

In many states they are not going up against anyone its a yes/no vote to “retain” them. Judges are usually listed last on ballots and majority of voters have no idea who they even are.
