throw a stike, get paid.
Don't hit a batter with two strikes on him....get paid
Play your position like every team did for decades.....get paid
Swing a first pitch strikes, get paid
Swing at anything crossing the plate with runners on 3rd base with two strikes, get paid...
take a called third strike, don't get paid

I saw a video the other day where they gave the entire headphones. I was thinking why are they doing this. These guys are already getting paid and they for sure are not
