I read that it was on WBRZ's website but I can't find it on my cellphone.

I would like to read it.

He should have waited for his day in court
His lawyer seemed very prepared to bring all this out at trial
Once all the facts would have come out maybe he serves a little bit of jail time and gets out if any at all

Tragic all the way around
He was still not obeying traffic laws but the other driver tailgating played a part as well

If the dumb bitch takes the shoulder instead of turning into oncoming traffic.....

Don't blame a driver that reacted by hitting oncoming traffic head on?

Im going to help you live longer....if someone acts the fool on I10, dont swerved across the median and hit a semi head on. Youre better of with a dented fender in your own lane

That's a link to the story (which I have seen) not the lawsuit.

You're a Grade A a-hole! Maybe she wasn't a good defensive driver. No reason to speak ill of the dead!

She admitted that she was driving with food (Funyuns) in her lap and I think she was fooling with her radio (could be wrong on this) AND she was speeding/tailgating the pickup truck in front of her.

She has contributory fault in this accident. She swerved left into oncoming traffic instead of rear ending someone.

But NONE OF THIS answers my OP. I would like to see a copy of the lawsuit.

The dead’s family is trying to sue the state to make money. Their boy screwed up. Move on.

That's fair.

I think it's also fair to tack on mandatory minimum jail sentences for reckless driving in specific vehicles, like, say, dodge chargers and challengers.

That might be the absolute dumbest thing I've ever read. Reckless driving IS the extra charge......you know, since you can be reckless in ANY vehicle known to man.
A tesla out performs any car, should we make them join your group as well?

Never happened. But you're too much of an idiot to separate fact from fiction.

Do us all a favor and go play in traffic.

Not to speak ill of the dead and his family, but this lawsuit should be thrown out. This is an attempt by the family to recoup some of what they think they would have been entitled to if Kyren had made it in the NFL, via settlement from the state. Has nothing to do with "clearing his name".

If they really cared about clearing his name and moving on, they wouldn't be going down this road where all his flaws and failures as a human will be picked apart publicly.

Lacy’s family is making a mistake. The speed he was traveling is easy to see and the time to react when the vehicle is oncoming was shrunk to nothing. That’s on him.

Obviously you didn't see the video and reports where LSP was telling witnesses what to say in their statements.
