I don't disagree except I believe John Browning's 1911s and the 45 ACP rounds they fired had more to do with it. Moros were notorious for getting hopped up and not going down when hit with 38s.

Either way, yeah, the muslims and pigs thing has often been thrown out there as a potential deterrent and I know for a fact that there was some good shite done to bad guys involving pork in Iraq and Afghanistan on a team and regiment level but ... it'll never be implemented as a psyops type thing by the U.S. military.

Our guys, long ago, learned that dipping bullets in bacon grease had no effect on radical mooselambs. It only caused accuracy and weapon maintenance issues. (Sand sticks to bacon grease.)

Where pig blood and guts would work is hitting muslim protesters with it ... buckets of it, in the streets.

Or leaving pig heads on their doorsteps, hoods of their cars, etc.
