Reselling VIP Tickets to the New Orleans Jazz Festival

Looking for some advice on reselling these tickets. The wife and I planned our anniversary trip this year around attending the festival. I haven't been since 1990. She purchased second weekend Grand Marshal VIP tickets.
She scheduled vacation time and all was settled. Until this morning. Her CEO has now called an all-hands-on-deck onsite at HQ meeting of directors for that entire week. She's required to be there and she won't fly home to DFW until that Saturday morning. Bummer. So, we're going to sell the tickets, but they come in the form of a wristband.
However, on the ticketing website, the company that is running this is AEG Presents, and that company has a no resale policy printed that reads:

All publicly sold Tickets are for use by the original authorized purchaser and their invited guest(s) only (each an "Authorized Purchaser"), and are not transferable by the Authorized Purchaser, any of their invited guests, or any other person. Likewise, all Tickets provided to performing artists, production personnel, vendors, sponsors, and other guests of the Event producer (each an "Authorized Recipient"), are for use by the Authorized Recipient and his or her invited guest(s) only, and are not transferable by the Authorized Recipient, his or her invited guest(s), or any other person. Authorized Purchasers and Authorized Recipients are referred to individually as a "User." Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be counterfeit and are worthless.
Except as provided herein, Tickets may not be sold, transferred, or used for any form of commercial or trade purposes, including but not limited to promotions, contests, commercial or advertising purposes, housing, hotels, vacation rentals, sweepstakes, charitable giveaways, or other activities absent the Event producer's prior written consent. No sponsorship, on site marketing, sampling, vending, coupon/product distribution, or other promotional activity may be conducted at the Event (inclusive of parking lots), absent the Event producer's prior written approval in each instance. Any Tickets used in violation of this provision shall be deemed revoked and void, and their bearers deemed trespassers at the Event.
Resale or attempted resale of Tickets is grounds for termination of the license and cancellation of the Ticket.

And they need her there to take notes?

Yes, you can generally transfer Jazz Fest tickets, particularly electronic tickets through the AXS app or by handing over physical paper tickets or unfastened wristbands, although official policies often state they are non-transferable.
Tickets are typically transferable until 48 hours before the gates open, and wristbands should be transferred before being tightened.
Key Details on Jazz Fest Ticket Transfers:AXS Tickets/Wristbands: Use the AXS app to transfer electronic tickets or mobile passes directly to another person's account.
Physical Tickets/Wristbands: If you have physical,, un-tightened wristbands or paper tickets, you can physically hand them to someone else.Restrictions: Once a wristband is tightened, it cannot be transferred. Do not tighten wristbands before transferring.
Timing: Transfers may be limited or stop 48 hours before the event begins.
Local Tickets: Local tickets might not be loaded into AXS accounts until the week of the fest.

Try the JF forums. They have people listing Grand Marshall tix for sale. So it’s doable.

What’s more important in this situation, does her needing to be there keep her from getting laid off/fired? That would sound more expensive than eating the cost of the tickets.
“Directors” is that even c-suite? What possibly could the company be going through that the executive team can’t handle and needs to FLY in lower level people? The real shame would be if she blows off jazz fest to attend the meeting about AI eliminating positions, and hers is one of them. Talk about a lose, lose situation.
