I got a new vehicle and I need to get a mount for my handgun. There are a lot of them on Amazon.
Which brand do y'all recommend?

Dont use a magnet mount. Terrible idea for lots of reasons.
If you insist on having a mounted handgun, use a safariland ALS holster and a QD fork mount. Its dramatically safer and more secure.

Agree with downshift. Most magnet mounts don’t fully secure your gun. If you got into a wreck and needed to get it would it stay secure? I am thinking about getting a quick strike mount

On your person. I've purchased enough of them to finally cut out a transfer from the vehicle back to AIWB. Highly recommend both the T1C (Tier 1 Concealed) or ANR. These are both kydex options.
Bang for your buck choice would be WTP (We The People), who also offer a IWB mount where you could just remove the holster and lock in place off person. Also easily done with something like Safariland's QLS kits.
That way you could easily mount on your nightstand, within the vehicle, etc if you still prefer that.

I have a magnetic mount in my truck and it works fine for my little 380 but if I put a full size 9m on it, the gun does not stay on the magnet on bumpy terrain.

Worked with a guy that used 1 " ratchet strap and a holster for a diy column holster
