I am looking at buying an electric Dewalt pressure washer. Does anyone have real world experience with them? I only intend to use it for small stuff such as washing the vehicles and cleaning up around my garage.

The reviews I find online are kind of a mixed bag. Any real world feedback would be appreciated

I had this one and burned it up in the second year of use.

2100 PSI

I sent it in to the service center and they sent me another one. I haven’t used the new one they sent me yet, it’s sitting on the shelf in my shop. I was just using it to wash my mower, A/C units and the vehicles. I got lazy and didn’t want to take the gas one out to wash the patio and that’s what did it in the electric one in.

I've looked into the 60V cordless one, 1000psi and $230 tool-only since I already have 60v batteries. I have a good gas-engine pressure washer but it is a chore to dig out of the shed. Might get that little Dewalt if it goes on sale but it would probably be something I'll hardly use.

That's never stopped me from buying a tool though...

Agree, I bought one and returned it after the first use it was so bad. Couldn’t even wash a car with it. Bought a $99 1800psi Ryobi corded model, it’s been terrific.

I have a 3000 psi Greenworks electric and have been using it for about 4 years now. I use it on m boat, when I can get my boat to my house, I used it to wash my driveway, cars and pool cage. No issues with it and Im satisfied with the purchase.

I like the fact that I dont have to worry about not using it for a while and the carbs gumming up.

Has plenty of power for what I need

Thanks for the info. I have consistently ran across positive reviews for the greenworks. It is now a top contender for me
