Aside from the fact that we're supposed to believe this guy didn't know his schmeckel was hanging out, I always find it amusing that in some of the Third World countries, their government meets in places like that. The grand halls of Congress, Parliament, the Politburo...and these cats are meeting in the VFW hall.
