Through the first 2 rounds the officials have not been to good. Now that there are less games maybe only the best officials will call the sweet 16 and elite 8 games. Hard to believe some of the calls they miss. Is it me are does it seem that Duke is going to catch every break. Also I was hoping for Iowa to win but the Iowa player threw a punch. Even with replay they missed that one. Sometimes I feel like I am watching the LhSAA refs calling the state Championships. Hopefully St. John's can upset Duke. Maybe Pitino can intimidate the refs and take that advantage away from Duke.

They have actually been better about that on the women's side.

I have actually thought the officiating in the tournament has been a refreshing change after suffering through the SEC's "one whistle per possession" quota that they seem to have imposed during the regular season.

I do believe that the NCAA tells officials before the tournament starts, "Look, we have a lot of games scheduled back-to-back-to-back. We can't have them getting bogged down with stoppages of play. Only make calls if they are blatantly obvious. Otherwise let them play."

Wanted to throw my remote at the tv when Tony Greene started doing that stupid over exaggerated jog up and down the floor.
