Really well executed last night. Not a single bad dish. Our local chef's had some really good items. Did anyone get a chance to go? If so, what was your favorite dish?

Yea that event was awesome. Great idea and perfect execution. My favorites were Jay Ducote's tri tip and Kenta Kamo's sushi.

For year 1, it was incredibly well done!
My favorite was Chef Farrell Harrison's pork. If you haven't been to Plates in New Orleans, I highly recommend it. It' also great for large groups or business events.

Went to LSU with Kenta. Great dude and very happy to see that his career is taking off in the manner that he deserves. Tamaki Den got its 2nd Michelin guide recommendation last year. The Kamo's are BR raised but with a heavy Japanese upbringing, they would offer to tour guide our group of friends on a 2 week Japan ski trip every winter. Still bummed I never went. Would recommend any sushi lovers making the trip to Denver to check his spot out.
